Cellblock Examples Cellblock technology finds a wide variety of users, as some of the more unusual examples below show. So does PawSafe Animal Rescue.The Charm City Roller Girls provide a running visual account of their exploits. The San Diego Venturous Urban Explorers also record their exploits in Cellblocks. One of the explorers captured some views of the recent San Diego wildfires here. Hardhouse.co.nz invites kiwi clubbers to share their experiences. Warning - their site sometimes doesn't work well in Firefox. The Sailing Channel gets pictures and videos from those on the high seas. Social.com displays hundreds of logos of social networking sites. Worldwale.com shows photos and videos of its users as they travel to the far corners of the earth. Marty Schwimmer provides a visual catalog of corporate trademarks. A Webcam on the French Brittany coast relentlessly feeds a picture to a Cellblock every fifteen minutes or so. Another one documents the rebirth of the I-35 bridge that recently collapsed in Minneapolis. Here's another French webcam in Feyzin that has been mercillessly pummeling it's Cellblock with timed photos for months. These three webcams, and there are more doing this, have sent collectively about 30 thousand pictures to their Cellblocks. Despite having many thousands of pictures, their Cellblocks haven't had the slightest problem and we haven't charged them a penny. Beatbots Message Boards, Baltimore Living's "Best Online Arts Community" for 2007, took an interesting approach to the Cellblock API, integrating their Cellblock application/widget as a real-time photo stream component for their message board system.
